Everything is set for the start of the E4 Championship, the single-seater series organised by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion, now in its third edition. The season will kick off over the weekend of 20 July at the legendary Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, which will host the first of the three scheduled rounds. The E4 Championship will run alongside the Italian Formula 4 season, which just passed its halfway mark last weekend.
Several drivers competing in both series will be able to rely on their already solid experience and well-prepared teams. Alongside them, however, there will also be drivers taking part exclusively in the E4 Championship, ready to shake things up on the grid with fresh energy and added competitiveness.
In 2023, the first edition of the championship saw Ugo Ugochukwu crowned champion, while last year Akshay Bohra claimed the title.

In both seasons, the E4 Championship winner was different from the leader of the Italian F4 standings, confirming this series’ ability to highlight emerging talents and deliver unexpected results.
Paul Ricard will therefore host the opening round of the season, which will be followed by the Mugello round in mid-September and the grand finale at Monza at the end of October.
The weekend programme includes two free practice sessions on Friday 18 July, each lasting 40 minutes, scheduled for 8:05AM and 1:13PM.
On Saturday 19 July, qualifying will take place in two 15-minute sessions at 10:45AM and 11:10AM. The first session will set the grid for Race 1, the second for Race 2, while Race 3 will be determined by the drivers’ second fastest lap time across both sessions. Race 1 will get underway on Saturday at 4:30PM. Race 2 and Race 3 will both be held on Sunday 20 July, starting at 11:00AM and 5:25PM respectively.
All races will last 30 minutes plus one lap and will be broadcast live on ACI Sport TV (Sky channel 228 and Tivùsat channel 52), streamed on live.acisport.it and on ACI Sport TV’s Facebook and YouTube channels. The English live commentary will also be available through the international network broadcasting the E4 Championship races, as well as on the official social media channels of the championship.
